More info on blue Cuda at Spring Fling?

Cruising the pictures from Spring Fling on the Hot Rod website and came across this Cuda.

Anyone have any more info? Looks like a cool car!

its decent. needs a front bumper.. 2nd gen cudas look like they have a huge under-bite without a front bumper. LOL..
