After 5 years of not campaigning her car (Chevy) the folks pulled it out of storage for the George Ray's memorial race in Newport, AK.
Ran a 6.08 in the 8th after pulling the front tires 1ft up and busting a wheelie bar, completing the run with the left front 2+" up all the way down the track.

Small Block 355 on alky, tube frame, Mark Williams Dana 60 4 link. Home built in the basement.

She's 59.........GO MOMMA !!!!

Arkansas is AR, Alaska is AK Had me worried. Why a George Rays Memorial in AK. LOL its all good.

I do seem to remember the day they was at George rays and I looked real hard to see if I was in any of your pictures 8) Congrat's on a great family you have around you :happy10: and sharing it with us, I am looking through my old pictures of my 35 years of racing there to see if I have any pictures of there Vett. But I did not have a computer back then :clock:
