Motor and tranny builder?

Anybody know of a GOOD engine and tranny builder in the North Georgia area?

I have 2 different 440's to pick between and a 727 tranny from my father-inlaw I'm looking to put in a 72 Duster.

Am willing to help and learn as I go, but just want someone I can trust and do a good job.
