Motor plate question

At what hp would i need to install a motor plate on my scamp? Small block. Calvert rear suspension. Gerst front suspension.

I have used solid motor mounts on a car running low 11s at the track with good results. just another option.

I have a motor plate, only for more room for big headers

Plan mid 10s. Just wanted to be sure it would hold up.
