well how many quarts is good? because It says Im a quart short and I did buy a certain amount but used 1qt when assembling the motor I think it was 6 quarts or something.

Do you have to get the distributor drive slot in the gear indexed correctly after you prime the engine and are ready to put the dizzy back in?
