My '74 Swinger: Body questions

I'm going to do the cut/weld/paint dance this winter. I'm going to end up needing front fenders and rear fender skins from just above the wheel well down (gotta love Michigan cars!). I can most likey score some front fenders up here on the cheap. For rear fender skins, what do you guys say? Whats the best/cheapest place to get fender skins and maybe inner fender/wheel wells?
I'm also in need of a rear bumper. Any michigan guys got an extra for a '74 Dart? I think its '74 (maybe '73) and up. The one with ugly bumper guards.
Lastly; To scoop or not to scoop? I realy like the duel hood scoops on early 70's Darts. I DONT like the 6-pack style scoop. I'm also debating about the monster "hemi" scoop. Or, just leave it stock? Hmmm . . . .Ideas?

The only guy I know of who has sheet metal is Dr. Mopar in Niederwald, TX. Shipping rear skins is going to be an expensive proposition. He can give you a ball park idea of what it all run.

The 73 had tail lights in the bumper like the 72. At some point, the tail lights were moved above the bumper into the extreme edges of the body. Doc has some bumpers as well as Desert Valley Auto Parts in Arizona.
