My new wheels came today, one quick question

My new wheels came today along with the mounting hardware. Now with the lug nuts are some flat washers, one for each nut. What are these for and where do they go???

obtw, cragar sbp and chrome lug nuts.

On your lugs,the ones for my Weld Wheel's are stamped this side towards wheel.Good luck.
