My Trailduster Search Is Over

-
Been making some headway on the Trailduster lately.

Painted the front frame rails, just to clean up the engine bay appearance...

Had to fab up a place for all of the Holley Sniper electronics and components to go, so I'm using the spot where the original heater box was (since I'm running an aftermarket unit inside the cab).

Laid out my pieces, then drilled holes, primer & paint, and installed...

Any chance you could put the sniper stuff on the inside instead of in the engine bay side??...

I suppose that's possible, but I would need to move the aftermarket heater that is currently on the other side of that panel. Plus, one of those pieces is the Holley Hyperspark coil, so the coil wire would need to pass through the firewall to the distributor. Which I guess could be done.

Just trying to think of ways to help you tie things up a little under the hood. I didn't aftermarket heater on mine but it didn't take up very much room it's kind of small. I went big with my AC as I mostly drive it during the summer... I just wasn't sure what you had on the other side of that...
I'm big on trying to hide everything I can..
