Mystery Tag found when stripping interior

Hey everyone, this may be slightly off topic for this thread but I was stripping the interior so I can primer and paint everything fresh before I put dynamat and insulation in. All of a sudden I found this, does anyone know what this might be? First pic is in where I found it.

It says dog license on it

Yeah putting two and two together that explains everything. I never knew dogs had to be licensed back in the day

Yeah, but few of us ever did. Do you remember the 60's having a tag and register your bicycle with the police department ?
As a kid I only did it once that I remember.

Probably a rabies vaccination tag. Haven't seen one in a while!
