need 8.25 rear axel

lookin for a workin, decent 8.25 rear axel for my 70 swinger. sure grip diff wud be nice but its not a deal breaker. need small bolt pattern, i want to keep my wheels

I believe all 8-1/4's are large bolt pattern

Some are but not all, If a car had drum brakes all the way around, usually got SBP

If you can find a BBP 8.75 I'll trade you lol that is if mine is a sbp. It might be a bbp though.

how does one find out if its bbp or sbp exactly? i wanna double check

Measure just like this:

If it comes out to 4", then you have the small bolt pattern. If the measurement reads 4.5" then you have the large bolt circle.

ALL 4 wheel drum A bodies were small bolt pattern from the factory right through the end in 1976. The 7-1/4 was available in both bolt patterns, the 8-1/4 was not.
