Friends, I'm building a 72 340 (externally balanced) and mating ot to my '67 904 tranny. I need B&M's P/N 10234 flexplate which can be balanced with the engine and then tied to any torque converter I choose. Bad news....all the normal sources for this state that B&M has discontinued this item.

Does anyone out there in A-body land have this part or equivalent?? I'll pay the going rate for it. Or do you know an alternate route to accomplist the same end? I'd prefer to use my '67 904, but would switch to a 727 if that's my only option. Or if I'm buying a new converter & plan to keep it in place, can I simply add balance weights to that?

Appreciate any help you might give. My rides a '67 Barracuda convertible.

in one of the mopar engine manuals there should be a diagram of where to weld weights to your converter,,

i cant believe B&M discutinued that item,,,there may be a trans shop in your area that has a old one laying around or that could balance your converter,,
