Need block decoded

Picked up a 78 360 bare block for 40 bucks figured even if it's not good just 40 bucks any way I would like to get block decoded none of my books go pass 75 but here are numbers on the front of block below left head .....8W360T16146 I would like to see if I can find out what it came out of not that it will matter just like to know

8 is the last digit of the year-78. W is vehicle assembly plant-Windsor Ontario. T-truck. next is date and or number of engine built, but 16146 without any spaces or missing some numbers-I don't know
