I have a 360 and when I bought the car it had a oil filter relocation kit and the filter was mounted in the wheel well so now I'm looking to mount the filter on the engine and I need the threaded tube that the filter screws on to and maybe the shield? I don't know if that's what it is or not.

The cheap solution is to unscrew the tube from the remote mount. If that is not possible, take the tube off any LA or Magnum motor from a salvage yard. This may be available at a Mopar dealership.

If this is for an A-body, recommend a short filter or get the 90º adapter that will give you room for the longer filter.
