Need Help Identifying Fan Clutch Application

Hey Fellow FABOers,

I need help identifying the application of this thermostatic clutch fan I bought at a swap meet.

The part number on it appears to be 2586675, but I can't find that number anywhere in my parts books.

Can anyone please tell me what model and engine this clutch fan came on?

Is E231 the date code?
