Need help IDing this pulley bracket

I know it’s not from an A-body but this was in a stash of Mopar parts that I got. Any ideas what it is for or from? He also owned a 61 Seneca so it might be off that. The only number to if it a stamped number, “1663 1”.

That looks to me like a old after market AC mount bracket. Seen it before I just don't remember what engine
