NEED HELP locating VIN #

I have a 71 Demon the car is just a shell when I got it the dash was missing so there fore no VIN tag. I do have the title for the car and the vin on drivers door & fender tag matches.
has anyone seen my VIN tag

If it's the one in your avitar, it's sweet! Loads of potential there. Glad to hear you have a title already, although the thought of not having a vin in the first place a cop looks, made my butt pucker a little. Good luck. I think you can buy "replacement" vin tags on ebay, but not sure how legal they are. Gotta be better than no tag.
