Need help on Windshield Setup and Suggestions!!

Hey guys i need some suggestions on what to do here. The previous owner shaved off the original wipers holes and I ask the bodyshop to redrilled it for me and it doesn't fit. Do i need to buy a new panel for the wipers to come through? or are they way i can make it work with the way it is? I took some pictures. Any sugguestions will help. Thanks, Bach

Have you tried to put the wiper arms on? There might be enough room to snap the arms on and be able to move around.

yeah, i just need to file down the holes a little bit. It moves around, i just know know what to use to cover the gaps.

Thats gonna leak, well they all leak.

The hole in the cowl should be a bit oversized and there is a fat seal of high density foam that fills the void. i your case making that hole larger is one option.
It might also be possible to alter the pivots mounting flange in a dont raise the bridge lower the river sort of effort. Would that increase or decrease the wipers presure aginst the glass is a factor to consider.
