Need Pic or Instructions: Upper Column Bearing - Early A Body

Before I dig into this project does anyone have pictures or a "how-to" for replacing the UPPER bearing in an early '60's ('61) A Body steering column?

Box and coupler are ok, but the steering shaft is rattling at the top area behind the steering wheel.

slantsixdan, do you have any advice?

Mine was rattling in my car also got quieter when i turned left and louder when I turned right. It turned out the strut rod nuts had come loose causing the lower control arm to move.

No one's addressed this successfully in a '60-'62 A-Body before?

Looks like I'm SOL.
