Need quarter panel/taillight housing for 68 Dart

I've looked at every supplier (AMD, Goodmark, etc.) that I can think of but can't find anyone who makes a repop of this part. Is my only option to cut one out of a donor car? To be clear, I don't need the light housing, I need the sheetmetal that the housing bolts to.
