Need shoulder belt to lap belt retainer clips

I have the dang two piece seat belts, separate lap and shoulder belts. I can put the shoulder belt onto the lap belt, but the spring loaded retainer clips are gone and it rotates and comes disconnected. Any idea where to find the clips? My brother says they are available but I am not finding them.
