I dont think it being glass would have any trouble. It kind of eases into getting hot and that should keep it from cracking. Also its fairly thick glass if i remember right

I had one on my CJ7 with no issues. Just made sure it was secured well.

talking about JD and open container in the car...my Uncle use to power Whiskey in his washer bottle and then he had a hose hooked up to go inside the cab of his truck and would hit the switch for the washer and get a shot. yes he was/is an alcoholic, but creative.

JD gives me heartburn-bad..I try just a sip and it burns, maybe it was the coke cola I was drinking with it ?

why dont you just do something like this? NHRA legal, and much cleaner install.
