71 demon was a 6 car now a 360/4sp. i have the yoke for the trans and it has a 8.1/4 rear how long does it need to be?
need to know how long to make drive shaft

Break out a tape and measure it from center of eye to center of eye on the yolks and chop it. If it's a slip yolk on the trans, leave it out 3/4, or to the rust stain that is on it from being beyond the rear seal for so many years.
