Two 273 Commando V8’s and TWO NEW FROM MOPAR 273 short block replacement engines For Sale. My friend and I built quite a few A bodies over the past 25 years and now we are retiring from doing this heavy work and enjoying the cars we built for ourselves.Last week we decided to clean out the shop in his basement and sell these motors.They have been stored properly in a heated room in his finished basement and turned over by hand a few times a year.I have had one of the Commando 273’s up here for sale on & off over the years and there has always been interest but from guys from too far away to make the trip for a motor.Now we are sweetening the deal .We are selling ALL these motors as a package deal along with 5 or 6 extra engine stands for $3500. This is a pick up only cash deal for 2 BRAND NEW 180 hp 273 short block assemblies (still coated in cosmoline ! ) from MOPAR and two good used 273/235 hp motors.
