$300 isn't bad for what you get. BUT add in another $207.96 for shipping. Ouch. You could probably get the rotors, calipers, hoses, bearings, seals and grease caps from your local parts store. All you really need from them are the spindles and caliper adapters.

Looks like only mods needed for A body is large balljoints and upper control arms.

I done some searching on these awhile ago they look good but the shipping on them is crazy.
