new 340 valve covers

AMD is going to be making stock 340 valve covers. i've seen one yesterday, they are gonna use my car as the test mule for them. they want to install them on my motor and see if there will be any clearance issues with the baffles. after everything is done i get the 1st set for free for helping them out.

A bunch of subtle differences from year to year. Plug wire holder locations and heights.

Oil filler cap and breather changes.

340 valve covers have wire shield on the right (passenger side) cover.

I read somewhere that these are not 100% correct repops, but if I needed some I would consider it. I looked for awhile to find a decent pair of original 1970 340 ones for my Dart, got lucky.

68 that 1st site you posted is what im getting i gotta put the driver side one on tonight and see if there are any clearance issues with the rockers hitting the baffles i would love to take some pics but my buddy has the picture phone and i'll be doing this at work
