I would like to introduce myself to the forum. My name is Marty and I live in the mountains of TN. I have been a Mopar fan for several yrs, I restored a 64 Dodge 440 wagon with a mild custom theme a few yrs ago (I will post a pic if I can). I recently purchased a car I have wanted for a long time, a 70 Dart. It is currently set up as a 1/8 mile drag car and I am converting it into a street car. It ran 5.70 1/8 miles, it has a built up 318 bored .40 over, hi rise intake, Moser rear end with I believe about a 5.7 gear, full length headers, locked differential, racing slicks, one racing seat and a 727 trans that has to be shifted manually. I have already had a full Flowmaster dual exhaust installed. Up next is getting a new rear gear and unlocking the diff. to a limited slip and getting the trans. converted back to an automatic. I am planning on painting it Plum Crazy Purple with a white bucket seat interior. I do my own body and paint work. I am not really strong on performance know how and will have to seak some advice from others in this area. Part of the problem is I don't know much about the stats of the car, I am a used car dealer and I took the car on trade and the seller did not have all the info written down for me.
I tried to post a pic of my 64 but can't seem to figure it out. Do you have to have a certain amount of post to do this?

Welcome to FABO!!!

Thanks I will give it a try. It didn't work, found the proper procedure but say's it's uploading then done but no pics. Oh well I tried.

Welcome aboard from the North Country. Looking fwd to the pics!
One thing you may have to do is resize your pics before you post them. I have to do that with all my pics. Windows offers a "resizer" on their download page for free. Good luck you will get the hang of it!

Throwing a wave from the other side of Tennessee! Great to have you here with us ... make yourself at home and don't be shy with the questions. You'll find all the help and inspiration you need right here.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I did figure out that the problem is the pic size, I will work on resizing them. I am a member of some other forums and have learned how helpful they can be. I look forward to getting into this project and this forum.
