New AMD fender...holy crap.

But the rocker looks pushed in compared to the door. Something aint right there.
Some more pics. The door has been whacked and pulled back out some how. Only Dr. Frankenstein knows how. The jamb where the hinges bolt seems ok. Where that plastic plug is on the front of the rocker has a definite kink. Getting that funny twinge that frame machine might be in my future.

A new sedan door should be very easy to find, but I would check to see if the rocker area was pushed up or in first. My never hit 69 Valiant need a few shims to get things lined up.

Are those shims behind the lower hinge?

From your explanation, I would think door damage.
But the rocker panel is the odd thing.
Those are the structural member of the car.
I can't imagine the rocker panel moving.
Everything should be based off of there, as you probabaly know.

All the Mopars I have owned have never had shimmed hinges. Shims at the lower mount point of the fender only. Seems it may have been hit in the driver side near the hinge centerline down low.

the fender is off, too curved at bottom. if the rocker is pushed that far in, you would see it in the floor.
