I just thought I'd let you know I've seen it twice here, once last week. I saw it again today, from about 50 feet away, he was driving the opposite direction. It's definitely the new Challenger. It might be owned by a Chrysler exec, as we have a Chrysler assembly plant here. The car looks bigger than I expected ( I had a 73 Challenger). I need to chase that car down next time.
