hey there my name is Joe and I have a 1972 Dart swinger it was a 318 v8 A/C auto car that I stuffed a 440 in it and boy that was not as easy as i thought it would be witch brings me to this site!! every time i would google something i was having a problem with I would find some info that was very helpful from one of your post and i thank you guys for that so i thought i should join the party at the very least!!! let me tell you about my car. the motor is 440 forged crank pistons 10.5 to 1 i beam rods alumin heads perf cam #e410132 1.6 rockers 6 pac edb manifold trying to go with old school look with newer tec, should make about 500hp or so.now that i have all that power to use need to get it to hook i have 8 3/4 rear 3.55 sure grip and moser axles and i shorted 2.5" both sides total 5" and used RMS street lynx 4 link and did a mini tub and used there kit to move rear arms inboard now i can run nito 555 305 40 18s wow that gets me 12.5 of rubber to the ground oh rear disc wilwood 12"rear. up front i used RMS Alterktion coil over system with 6 piston 13" disc. then tied it all together with sub fram conectors i put the batterie in the trunk witch brings me to date

i had to take out the A/C blower motor and have read all about the mods but still dont know what to do i want to run A/C damn it!!! most info seems old is there any new thoughts
and im still scraching my head on what radiator to run, belts and pulley system to run

Welcome Joe, you have an awesome car there. Any pics of the rubber on the car sitting on the ground?
