Hi! I am in the beginning stages of restoring a 1971 Scamp. The car has been in a barn for about 25 years, and needs a lot of interior and body work. I will also be swapping the original slant six for a V8. I have owned three Mopars, but they have all been of the FWD/four-cylinder persuasion. The Scamp is my first attempt at restoring a Mopar, and I can't wait to get it on the road (and track!) I have been lurking around this site for a few weeks, and I'm sure I will be able to find a lot of helpful info here.

welcome aboard 71 scamp! sounds like you have a good project on your hands, but there is plenty of help here for you......we do need pictures though.... :worthles:
 
Okay, here are pics of the car sitting on the trailer. It is in the garage now, but all we've done is take the seats and carpet out, and give her a bath inside and out to assess the damage.
