Hi folks, I just joined the forum today as I'm working on fixing up my 69 Barracuda 'Cuda 383 car and thought this would be a good place to be. I like many types of cars, but am a Mopar guy at heart. Attached are a few pics of my Mopars. Here's the list:

  • 1959 Plymouth Sport Fury
  • 1969 Plymouth Barracuda 'Cuda 383, numbers matching motor and 4 speed
  • 1969 Dodge Charger R/T restomod
  • 1970 Plymouth Superbird real deal 77k miles
  • 1971 Plymouth Hemicuda Convertible Tribute
  • 1974 Dodge Challenger Restomod "Demon" Tribute
  • 2018 Dodge Challenger Demon
  • 2021 Hellcat Durango

Wow, just Wow. I like the way you think!

NICE collection.

Is your 'Bird a factory TX9 black car?

There's a lengthy thread on FBBO about "has anyone ever seen a black Super Bird?"

Wow. Nice stable. You have the most all the alphabet. A,B,C,E And new LA.

I like them all!

Love to see you drive that 59 up this way and meet a close "5 minute" neighbor!

He is heavily stocked as well with vintage Mopar Cross Ram Iron!

Where are you at? I'm in Woodstock and am always up for meeting another Mopar fan! The 59 is not on the road at the moment, it's down with an oil pressure issues. But happy to bring out one of the others.

It was originally Alpine White. As far as I know, there were no known factory black Superbirds. This car was painted black by the second owner in 1975. As far as I know, it's the oldest documented/known Superbird to have been painted black. But I could be wrong. Here are some pics of it from the mid 70s:

Thank you! I've been collecting since I was a teenager in the 90's. Got the 69 Charger for cheap back then ($4500) when I was just a dirt poor kid, and then spent more than ten years having it restored and built up recently. It's a true R/T AC, PB, PS car, but the original engine was long gone.
