Greetings everyone! I've been a Mopar owner since 1983 - the first, being a '67 Valiant, Slant 6, three speed on the column. Growing up in Western Mass/Southern Vermont, the body died before the drivetrain did! I've been fortunate to own some nice A, B, and E bodies through the years. Moved to Georgia in 1986 for school, so driving these cars year 'round (for the most part) has been great. My current A-Body is a '69 Dart GTS, 383 4 speed, F5 with a tan vinyl roof. An original Arizona car. Thanks for having me!

Welcome! I am currently working on a 68 that I am changing color to F5 Green so I would love to see some pics of yours! My first car was a 69 F5 Dart so that's the reason for my plan.

Thanks, everybody! I'm the third owner. It was originally purchased in Phoenix, Arizona where it lived for 16 years. Original owner sold it to the guy I bought it from (Lou). Lou lived in Chicago and stored it from October - May in the 37 years he lived there. He moved to Tennessee in 2022 and has not driven it more than 100 miles since it was restored in 2019 (paint, body, (disassembled) and interior). An original green interior, non-console 4-speed car, he redid the interior in white. As good as it looks, it's going back green, eventually. About ten years ago, the original motor developed a sudden knocking sound, so Lou immediately pulled over and turned the car off. (His buddy just told him to turn up the radio and it would go away, haha!). The original motor sits on an engine stand, awaiting a rebuild. He removed the original exhaust/intake manifolds and dropped in a 383 from a '70 Challenger R/T, and it still runs great....wish he detailed it before dropping it in, lol! I bought it 4 months ago. The first owner used it as a "fun car", driving it on the weekends occasionally. The second owner rarely drove it. It has just over 25,000 original miles (a ton of paperwork to back it up).
