hello all,
new member saying hi. brought home a 68' fastback project yesterday. this will be a quick build (by my standards anyway O
) to get on the road for my daughter ASAP. This was a rather unplanned acquisition. I am finishing up a 55' chevy build now (straight axle 468 bbc with TR) and have a 70' challenger that was in line for the next project when the barracuda came to me. I have some knowledgable a-body car buddies to help get the build done quickly (and right) and am looking forward to seeing the car on the road as I've always admired the body style. the car has been stored indoor since roughly 2003 and I've never had a car in such good shape...truly astounding condition. it was originally a 318 2 barrel car but what really makes it special (beside the condition of the body) is the factory air and 4 speed transmission.
