Hi my name is Matt. I just bought my wife a 1972 Plymouth scamp. 52k miles. Her grandfather had the same car, and so I hope to rejuvenate some good memories for her. It’s a street cruiser, not perfect, but has a healthy 318, nice came, ported heads, 4 barrel. I’ve been a Chevy guy my whole life, 7 Chevelles, first experience won’t mopar, so I’ll have lots of questions. Thank you

Wow you could do some incredible things with that car. I see you have a 318 4bbl with headers. Do you know what cam? Whats going on with the rear end/ ratio? Very nice find, hope your wife enjoys it!

Thank you for the pics.
Nice scamp, clean and sharp
Any plans for Carlisle in July??
Yes, in fact my wife and I were going to go the end of this month but believe we’ll go to the mopar nats instead. How is the parts availability at these events. Looking for bumpers and vent window seals

You can find just about anything at the Chrysler Nats in July
Plan on spending more than one day though.
Spring and Fall Carlisle is parts for all makes 75-80% chebby and fiord
Chrysler Nats in july > Mopar only
Use Search on here here for specific items, ie bumpers, for posts on recommended vendors and bad ones
Bad Boys Bumpers (?) comes to mind
