New Rad puzzled

my 70 dart needs a new radiator. I currently run a 225 /6 auto. however, I will be eventually putting a 360 in its place, also an auto. If I get a V8 radiator, will I still be able to hook it up to the /6 for the time being?

Also, Aluminum vs old school Coper/brass...pros and cons?

I know very little about radiators and what my application calls for but my car wont be a drag car or anything so I figure a 3 core would do well to keep her cool. am I over doin it for a DD?

Not sure about the setup for an A body. On my E body the /6 radiator wouldnt work when I dropped in a stroked 360, the upper rad hose outlet was on the wrong side and the fan blade would hit the upper rad hose. I went with a Spectra V8 rad from Rockauto my car doesn`t overheat and no shroud on it either,though I do want to add a shroud.
One option you could pull the fan blade off and go with an electric fan if the /6 rad doesn`t do the job then get the bigger rad and put the electric fan on that.
