Does anyone have any connections to new repro body parts? Everywhere on the internet, the parts prices vary wildly, even from the same manufacturers. There must be a website that has reasonable prices.

Not much is reasonable. What are you looking for? AMD has a big selection. I bought some reasonable priced no name front floor sections off of EBay. Don’t expect most repro panels to fit great without some work.

Well $1000 for a repro grille is not happening. I've heard that AMD floors don't fit that well either.

Depends what you're looking for. No manufacturers make all parts for all years. Some specialize in early As, some on later stuff. Some only do certain sections or pieces. Sometimes it's like putting together a jigsaw puzzle where each piece is made by somebody different. There's no one place that carries everything for all cars.
Let us know what you're looking for and someone will be able to steer you in the right direction if possible.
And with very few exceptions, steer away from resellers and go right to the manufacturer for the best price. Exceptions are those manufacturers who don't sell to the general public, only through "authorized dealers".

Ok, that makes sense. I'm looking for 1) full floor, 2) full drivers rocker, (inner & outer), 3) torsion bar x-member, 4) front frame rails (from the front suspension back).

I suppose not all those parts would come from one manufacturer. Usable used parts may work too, but harder to find. (for a '71 Demon)

As stated previously, don't expect anything to just drop in place without a bit of massaging. AMD is one of the better quality suppliers out there. And don't necessarily blame the part for a poor fit- especially when you're trying to put it into a sixty year old car with 200k hard miles on it that's been sitting in a field for the last twenty years. You'd be surprised how out of whack they are by now.
$1,000 for a grille? You might think it's outrageous, but if it's the only game in town... And have you ever priced the start-up costs for producing a new reproduction part? For the number you'd actually sell, they won't be cheap.

For a what?
Year & model, please.
Edit: Oh, okay. You said '71 Demon while I was typing. Got it.
Some parts may not be available new, and finding good used is your only option. A Parts Wanted ad in this forum would be your best bet. A couple years ago AMD stopped producing quite a few A body parts, they just couldn't sell enough to justify continued production. However they still offer a lot...

Another major supplier, Sherman and Associates, has reportedly closed up. Any remaining inventory is whatever's in stock of resellers or dealers.
Another worthy of mention:

A new grille is so nice though. I mulled over used or new for a while but then realized, the OE grille is 50+ years old. The plastic is hard and brittle. Even if it has all its mounting tabs when you get it, you still have to bolt it on and those tabs may likely break. I was pricing used ones that were either repaired or fully intact for around $400 and I was seeing grills with broken tabs for $200+. I finally decided to go with new. It fit and looks great. JEGS has them and runs promotions often enough if you have some time to wait

I buy all my body parts from Stephens Performance, they go to all the major Mopar shows and bring inventory, and if you get a hold of them in advance they will make sure to bring what you need...

Sorry, the store is temporarily closed for maintenance.

AMD is the best fitting stuff available. No reproduction part will fit perfectly, the FACTORY parts never fit perfectly and the fit varied from one car to the next, the body tolerances on these cars are all over the place. And that was 50+ years ago.

With large reproduction parts a big part of the price is the freight shipping, and how that gets advertised will change the price on the part more than anything else. As in, if you see a floor pan super cheap somewhere, you can expect that doesn't include the freight shipping. For example, Summit's advertised prices are not the lowest. However, their freight free is also not 100% of the freight cost, as in shipping a fender might cost you $20 extra at Summit but $100+ somewhere else. So, when you're pricing parts make sure you're comparing the price that it'll take to get it shipped to your door, because most of the "cheap" advertised prices have a ridiculous freight charge that gets added.

Yeah freight shipping is rough but you have to keep in mind, it's a pallet of stuff, stacked pretty high.

My two largest purchases today for my Cuda were $185 for shipping which included dynacorn rear assy, front floor, crossmeber, upper cowl and both quarter skins. The most recent was 285 and that was because they added $100 for extra packing of my shaker hood. the order also included a firewall, and two fenders.

Now, order a shaker from Roseville and it's over $400 for shipping just because AMD does SO much more volume.

Oh I know why it costs what it does, no argument there.

But because of how different the shipping charges can be from one seller to another you really have to make sure you're comparing the "delivered to your door" price when you look at prices for stuff like that, that was my point.

Oh no doubt. I think a lot of simply depends on the shear volume they do. Used to be AMD wouldn't deliver to my door when shipping freight because I'm not a business but that's changed so bonus for me.
