New slip yoke and driveshaft balance

Question: Is it common practice to have a drive shaft re-balanced after replacing a slip yoke?

I see a lot of chatter about this as it pertains to "slip joints" but haven't really read much (valuable) in regards to slip yokes.

Yes, please do. Replaced slip yoke and joints on mine. Balance was way off due to the chineseum yoke.
