New springs on the rear end

Spent a few minutes today mounting the new leaf springs to the 8 1/4 that I'll be installing on the Scamp in a weekend or two.

Looks cherry. Wish my diffy was ready to install. I'm dreading bustin my butt cleaning it all up for paint, and redoing the inspection marks.
I like the new, clean brake parts too! Too bad they'll never look like that again! LOL

Yeah I wan't looking forward to sand blasting mine.... I now know what a bikini model feels like after a rolling around in the sand for a photo shoot. Sand blasting in not my idea of a good time but it looks amazing now so it was worth the pain. I can't wait to get it in.... new gears and sure grip to boot!
