New video idle and revs

Wish I knew the specs on my motor. The last owner did not know. Tried to get a hold of the owner before him, no response. But it runs and revs well.
What do you all think? Mild cam? roller? The MSD has the rev limiter at 6000 rpm. I do know that it is a 68 block. Not sure of compression. Any ideas? Guesses?
