It is time to upgrade the breaks so the Wheels need to change as well.

Trying to keep it as classic looking as possible in the 15 range. I have seen some nice looking Rallys but I am kind of interested to see how American Racing American racing wheels Smoothie Chrome would look

Anyone have an example or an opinion?

AR Torq Thrust D would be period correct, and are a good wheel. Beware of some old school "mags" like Keystone Klassics or Cragar STs as they were insanely heavy, and used a hokey nut and washer mounting system.

Steel wheels with dog dishes are a perennial favorite as well.

I have installed the rotor system up front and thusly had to change to 14" SBP wheels that need good hubcaps. What's the best resource to get period correct Dodge hubcaps?
