Went to tag and title the family driver's ed Dakota today....
Wow..... Walked in at 1140 for my 1145 appt and I was out at 1146. Whoosh

Sure beats the 3 hr wait I've had in the past.....

I went to the DMV in the next county to the North, to transfer my new to me motorcycle.

The PO said their branch was particularly easy to deal with, and they sure were.

Super friendly, and in and out in 10 minutes despite being there at 4:45 on Friday, and came out with title, registration good for 2 plus years, and even the plate.

The clerk said they have people drive from all over the state.

How come other branches can't be like that?

The branch in my county just implemented a new mandatory appointment policy for anything to do with your license.

I told the clerk in the other county about that and she laughed.

I would buy a tag for my 1995 Ram 3500 but the state inspection failed it due to a missing runnng lite on the plastic fender! Screw them.
