Hey guys... Brand new to the forum, but a pretty usual poster on some boat forums. Just came into possession of a 72 Demon. (although I use the term loosely because the engine isn't original, and in my initial research I've found tons of stuff on it that is not '72, or even Demon).

This is my first foray into classic cars and I have a LOT to learn. But I've already found stuff on here that is tremendously useful. Last night I found a thread about removing the interior emblems from the doors. thanks!

I'll start a thread with progress pics, and maybe you guys can stop me from doing anything stupid.

Thanks again!

Welcome. Not a problem that engine isn't original unless you were looking to have a numbers matching original. Here's a picture of my 72 Demon, it was born a 318 3-speed, now a it's 408 4-speed.

Welcome! My first A-body was a 72 Demon with a 318 . Without question the best vehicle I've ever owned. It was an absolute mongrel but I had SOooo much fun exploring the back roads of northern Ca. in it.
