I'm running a power shot 125 on my 340 4 speed. I normaly shift at 6500. When using the nitrous do you shift at the same rpm's?

Without a dyno sheet, no one can answer that.
You'll need to do a test to get that answer. Make runs with your shift point set at 200RPM increments. I would start below 6,500, say 6,200. Run it, then up it 200RPM. Did the ET drop? yes, up it again. If not, go in the other direction.
