No spark

I have a 360 crate motor that has no spark. I have an orange box with a mopar coil. I know this doesn't help much but I am a "rookie" when it comes to electrical. Any ideas on what could be the problem? I would like to run some volt test on the coil but I do not know the specs on what should be the output when the key is turned on. What other tests can I run to help figure out the problem?? A few weeks ago I was able to get it stated by checking the ground under the ECU with happened to be poor but now again I am getting no spark!! Please help!

Not much background there. Is this a new build? Was it running prior to the problem? I don't know anybody around here with a magic wand so I would think as much info as possible would be good.

Sorry about the lack of info but like I said I'm a rookie when it comes to electrical. The car was running last yr but when I went to start it come spring time I couldn't get it to start. The engine turns over and the only time you get spark is when you turn the key back to the off position.
