My ignition setup is a MSD 5c module, electronic dist., mopar chrome coil, stock balast. Anything I should check?

1 1wild&crazyguy Banned Joined Jul 11, 2009 Messages 7,751 Reaction score 237 Location Surrounded by mopar Dec 3, 2011 #2 check if the distributor is stabbed right, that is if it was removed recently and reinstalled. u can also jump the ballast resistor real quick to rule out a bad ballast/no power to coil.

I'm betting there's a wiring problem...check the ignition box for power and make sure you have continuity on your wiring.

Take the ballast of off of the firewall and check the condition of the connections in the plastic.... Have someone ground the coil wire and see if there is spark if not try looking at the connection in the bulk head..
