50 bmg does not kick as hard as you think it would. between the muzzle brake and the rifles weight the recoil is very tame. i have one, as well as a 338 win mag. the win mag hits WAY harder......the recoil of mine is about the same as a 30-06......

friends wife (100 pounds) has fired it.........what you are seeing on the video is the result of the enhanced muzzle blast from the brake.....
