Nooooo!

This is why I would be a terrible moderator. If it was my at my discretion comments like this garbage would be wiped so no one would ever have to read it. I am pretty sure we’re all dumber from reading that. SMH
A simple yellow and black caution stripe border around a collapsed (but expandable) post with a "Read This Post To Reduce Your I.Q." warning at the top would be a good intermediate step between normal posts and IGNORE.

A warning like this.

Ya know when I was young and just started messing with my first Dart, I was replacing my spark plug wires, unclipped the cap and a clip went flying, how do you prevent something from happening when you don't know it's going to happen? I now know how to prevent that, and it don't involve duct tape.

Its part of mechanics
Even the easiest job can turn to **** at anytime
How may times have gone to change oil on a car and the last guy stripped out the drain plug or the filter is stuck
Or my fav hood don't open
Broken cable

Man, I don't know what you have against me, but at least I offered ways to prevent this from not only happening to him again but maybe someone else.
I don't want to put his thread off the rails telling you. If you and the Mods want I can start a new topic and tell you. Nothing against you personally.
Again if ya want I will start topic of its own on DTM.
Or you can ask and start one again

Just one more option tip, if You want to fish around w/a magnet, use one stuck on the end of a length of heavy solder wire. Just don't pick a mega-magnet, for small parts it isn't needed, & will just grab the nearest steel/iron surface & glue itself there.
