Northern Tools ~ Likes and Dislikes ~ Buy or Run

I just realized that they have opened up stores on Tulsa and Oklahoma City. They are hiring if any locals are needing a job.

I see they are showing a fair amount of name brand tools and China/Import tools also. I have never dealt with them so what are your opinions?

Never bought any of their tools, but about 5 years ago I got a set of Plow Lights for my Plow Truck from them. They were on sale for $50, Petersons. And in that 5 years, they've been on 2 trucks and have held up against the weather.

I've bought from them a few times over the past few yrs. They have some good stuff and some cheap not so good stuff but even their cheap stuff is generally better than Harbor Freight.

I have been in their store here in Tulsa some of it is better than HF.

Neighbor has one of there chain saw sharpeners, thing works great.......
