This is an NOS outside manual hood release latch for all the 70-2 Valiant/Duster/Twister models without the inside cable release. I got it with a bunch of other NOS parts, and it didn't come with a box, so, it has a little shelf wear and some dust. $75 picked up here in San Diego, Ca. or add shipping and any PayPal costs.
