I have one but it doesn't have the tabs on it, and they have not been cut off. Maybe a running change. My early built 68 Dart doesn't have them but my late built 69 does.

That's what I ended up with thinking I was getting one with the tabs. So yes,I think yours and the one I got were an early version and they added the tabs to the die?

The 1967 one listed on Facebook Market Place looks like it has the tabs but it says it's aftermarket.
